Operations, audit, and dashboards
Dashboard
The Dashboard summarizes work using the data your role is allowed to see.
| Audience | Typical information |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Organization-wide workflow counts, operational overview, and queue visibility. |
| Technician, trainer, consultant, reviewer | A personal My Work panel for assigned delivery or validation work. |
| Client | Account-facing information without internal operational analytics. |
An unavailable dashboard panel shows an explicit unavailable state rather than a false zero. Reload the page if the problem is temporary; contact an administrator if it persists.
Read dashboard numbers in context
Operations Overview is a queue-level picture for authorized staff. My Work is assignment-specific. Use a number as a prompt to open the relevant queue or job; do not treat a dashboard card as the full operational record.
Notifications
Open Notifications to review in-app alerts. Notifications link to the job or operational record that needs attention. Use them to reach assignments, review handoffs, commercial documents, payment confirmation, and published results quickly.
Billing and commercial queues
The billing queue shows records relevant to authorized commercial users. Operational staff do not need access to invoice and payment-proof controls to perform laboratory, training, or consultation work.
Audit activity
Use Admin → Audit Activity to investigate important events such as assignment changes, status transitions, payment decisions, schedule updates, printing/reprinting labels, publication, and administrative recovery actions.
Audit is a record of what happened, not a substitute for completing the normal workflow. When investigating, open the linked job and review the Next Action panel and document history alongside the audit entry.
